We have an excellent record in resolving problems within the local community. We work 'behind the scenes; in helping resolve disputes between neighbours, groups of youths, young offenders and their victims. We are passionate about the power of people to find solutions to conflict in their lives and have many years of experience working to unlock such potential and building peaceful solutions to conflict through non violent communication. People choose to work with us to resolve conflict because it gives them the opportunity to talk about their concerns in a confidential and supportive environment. We work across Tower Hamlets to build a borough where mediation is a tool available to everyone and where conflict is approached creatively and respectfully to build peaceful outcomes.
