Neighbour mediation
Tower Hamlets Mediation Service specialises in resolving disputes involving neighbours, conflict between people of different generations, large groups and homeless mediation.
If you or someone you know would like mediation please call our office, talk to us and decide if mediation is what you need. Our volunteer mediators will come to see you at a time that suits you. Our mediators listen to you, help you to look at your options, then you decide what you want to do next. If the other people involved in the dispute are interested, we can visit them too.
Mediators will visit the parties in their own homes.
As part of the process we contact all our parties two weeks after their case is closed for feedback on their experience of mediation. We use this information to improve the service we offer. Feedback from parties who have used the service:
